OptiMart Palm Harbor After purchasing a new pair of glasses in June 2015 My frames are falling part I have returned to Opti-Mart Palm Harbor numerous time to have screws tighten and this last week Ben the Mgr, said there is nothing more I can do. I called the Corp. Office in Buyer Beware they don't stand behide there product. Which is Crap.. Palm Harbor Florida

I purchased new glasses and frames in June 2015. In less than a year the frame are falling apart the Location mgr. Ben Ortiz is totally unprofessional. After returning to the store because the screws keep falling out of the side arm. Ben finially installed lock tight screws, but had no success in tightening the side arms. He said sorry it's the best I can do. They do not have replacement frames and the corp office in St. Pete does not return calls. Buyers are out of luck when working with Opti Mart.
