I saw recently saw (June of 2011) another client of Optimum was miss-lead as I was and out the same which was the appraisal fees - This same issue happened to me by their employee Mike Timoschuk & Tracey Kelly, everthing was done and ready to sign (did habe some issues with my HR and getting proof of employement out) beside that all was done AND I have the e-mail from Mike telling me all is ready to sign, which is dates 11/17/2011 9:32AM and from that point that was the last I heard from him....When I called Kelly for a follow up a few days after the e-mal she informed me that I was not approved - mid-you nothing changed as far as my credit; my FICA still over 700...I right away called Mike and he said "No, you doc'd have be submitted for signing" and that he call me right back - that was the last I heard from Mike and Kelly the would not return my calls or e-mails....If Optimum First is truly a repritable company then I pose this to Prsident/Owner Matthew Doleman make this right I have all the doc's and e-mails to what I said and I still want to lower my interest rate and payment call me my Loan # with your company is OFO1978...fullfill your word and promise...Those of you  who are calling for a class action law suite and Matthew can not delivery on his "word", I'm in just tell me how - I did have free legal thru work if you need me to start the process I can inquire....also Media, Local News loves these stories there hot topics right now...however this isn't really needed if Matt can get his company to honor it's promise - if this is made right I with post as soon as all is finalized their honoring or the Pritection Guaratee I hold in my hand....

Service means everything, and we will prove it!

We believe in great service, that's why as soon as myself and Matthew Dohman heard about this we contacted Mr. Wilson and are now completing his Roll Down. In 2009 we completed 2 home loans for Mr. Wilson without a glitch.

Happy with our services, from the 2 previous refinances, he came to us in 2010 so we could honor his rate protection guarantee and save him some more money. The fact is the 30 day rate lock had expired on the Roll Down because we had difficulty obtaining written job verification from Mr. Wilsons employer and rates had already gone up. Mr. Wilson should have received a returned call, however if Mr. Wilson had requested management assistance we could have helped resolved the matter at that time. This review was the first we had heard about it. We immediately called Mr.
Wilson and extended our apologies, offered to pay for his new appraisal and were now in the process of completing
his Rate Protection Guarantee. None the less we will always honor our word and Roll Down our borrowers if they meet the criteria. We are rolling down hundreds of borrowers with no cost every month.  Our company processes over 300 loans a month in which 100% are almost perfect borrowers with perfect credit scores. We do still need to meet certain guidelines when it comes to roll downs and making lock dates is one of them. There are many reasons why loans can take longer to close than expected, with that said if there are delays for any reason it can cause the lock to expire.

We, RobertDrenk (Vice President) and Matthew Dohman (President), will never take advantage of a consumer and always strive to give the best customer service possible. If there are ever any issues you can reach myself at 714-415-3203 ext 102 Robert Drenk

Update on recent complaint

AUTHOR: James #OFO1978 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, September 19, 2011

The day I posted my complaint I was contacted by Optimum's president Matthew Dohman- who has ensured me that this is not how they operate and that he will work to keep their promise of reworking my loan as they guarantee: as of today, Monday 09/19/2011, Peter and Matthew have been in regular communication with we and I'm feeling confident that we will come to a resolution.

I'll keep you posted on the out come...

James-
