Purchased email databases from OptinList $21,000 for 475,000 entries. The delivered 80,000 entries of which 50% were fake. I sent them multiple emails and phone calls and finally mananaged to connect with Richard the campaign manager who stated he would take care of it, nothing yet.

Also they did one ecmpaign for us, all fake bounce back addresses.
