 Having trouble with computer and tried to go on line to Microsoft Media Player and this Optomizer Pro came up sounded good. Phoned them and they took over my computer for $49.87. My charges came in from Safe Cart.com But then they wanted to upgrade to $500 for 5 year protection plan. When I told them I could'nt do that they immediately lowered the price to $189.00. I said no. When I got off the phone things stared coming in on my computer. I took to a local shop and he had to clean out three viruses. Lesson ---- Don't ever let a company online take over your computer.
