Dr. Sheth didnt provide me a treatment plan until 4 days after he had already done my temporary crowns and I was shocked! He charged my insurance company for work that he did not do on both me and my husband. When I questioned him about the insurance claims he does not answer. He finally told me to find another dentist and never completed the work he started. I have complaints in with the insurance company, the ADA, the Board of Dentistry and the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST! HES A CROOK AND HES DISHONEST. NOT TO MENTION HES RUDE!

While it is not the policy of our practice to rebut a genuine opinion or complaint, we feel obligated to provide perspective on the malicious slander by above Complainant, intended only to force this office into providing free services. In compliance with HIPPA, we can only acknowledge that the complainant received care for which she was expected to cover her co-payment, as required by her Insurance plan. Treatment plans and benefit information are generally discussed before treatment with every patient. The same was mailed to the patient when she forgot to retain her copy or co-pay for services on the day they were rendered. Complainant then refused to pay for her and husbands care, demanded FREE services and threatened to switch to another office.

Complainant then filed formal complaints with various Agencies which were ALL subsequently dismissed as baseless. Her obligations remain unpaid. Complainant has later indicated history of similar action with other dental offices. Our office attempts an amicable resolution for our patrons facing financial difficulties, but does not condone unjustified slander/libel and tactics to escape from theft of services.

Please make sure you get the treatment plan BEFORE you let him do any work and make sure you know what you will have to pay! Follow up with your insurance company to make sure what he is charging is what he actually did! BEWARE!

and also mail him copies of everything in regards to how 'fraud' may be taking place by this man, okay?

Then mail copies to your Attorney General immediately so an investigation can be done.

Finally, mail copies to all of your local TV stations and put it to the attention of their Investigative Reporters.

***You must expose any kind of fraud taking place inside any health related facility in order to put a stop to it, right? This is one of the reasons that our 'health care costs' are so high in this country.
