It was an alledged real estate investment with an 18% on my money. At first, the checks came on time. Then they stopped.

I inquired about the check. I was told that Mr, Shade was working on it. They had several properties in escrow and upon closing, they would make all payments to investors current within 30 to 60 days. The letter was dated March 28, 2008.

Ron Shade, CEO Of Orange Crest Realty Or OCR Investments For my investment of $435,000, Ron gave me 4 NOTES SECURED BY 4 DEEDS PF TRUST. Non of them were recorded, but he counterfeited them to look like recorded. After they failed to pay the principal, I was going to foreclose on the properties, only to find that they are worthless.
