On March 9, 2015, I began receiving calls from 678-263-3124 from "Bold Ideas" from "Carl Anderson" regarding check fraud and arbitration and to call back (or have my lawyer to return the call) The number was traced to "National Arbitration Group, LLC" of Jacksonville FL. After that, I received numerous threatening phone calls from 678-710-8246 regarding prosecution and the process-service for fraudulent checks allegedly wrote by an acquaintance. These calls came from "Ms. Lee" requesting payment for hundreds of dollars. "Ms. Lee" confirmed "Bold Ideas" and "National Arbitration Group, LLC" are one in the same entity, under the ownership of Ben R. Swan. Ben R. Swan purchased these bogus debt collection agencies from Jimmy Frost, over a year ago, to perpetuate fraud and extortion and identity theft, in order to scam unsuspecting individuals out of large sums of money for "phantom debts." "Ms. Lee" continued to call and berate me for not sending her a payment for another individual's debt and demanded I call her back at 678-254-0722. This is fraud and extortion, and violations of state, federal and county laws, to include: FDCPA & FCRA violations.

Please file any and all dealings with these individuals as they are bogus debt collectors, collecting on "Phantom Debt." Other assumed names callers use are "Ms. Lee" and "Carl Anderson." They will threaten legal action, arbitration, physical threats and convey false information (even if they do have your personal information) to extort and defraud. Please report to the FTC, CFPB, Attys Gens, and Secs of States and FBI, as appropriate.

I have nothing to do with this company, I don't know how this "person" found my name and added me to their drama but I request they remove any reference to me immediately. They complain about being accused of something they did not do by doing the very same thing to me. This type of report lessens the credibility to the whole rip off report and should not be allowed.
