I did not knowingly sign or give any kind of permission to this company, for their services !!! This is a service for voicemail, I do not need and have never had a reason for. If I have it, in service now ---how do i use it ?? My phone bill says: For questions concerning your bill, call the number at the top of this section. The calls on this page were forwarded by ESBI, the clearing house agent for Orbit Telecom ! A phone number for ESBI and a phone number for orbit Telecom--- Who am I suppose to be dealing with ? Why aren't their any address ?? Why is Verizon supporting this ?? Why can't this company do their own billing ??

I believe Verizon is required by law to pass these charges on to you. It's not their problem, but you might try to complain to them. They may be able to steer you in the right direction (explain the charges or find the right number to call.)
