Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
orchard bank is a preditory branch of household finance or hsbc bank....they prey on people rebuilding their credit and charge yearly and monthly junk fees on money you have paid in that is already secured by your personal cash...i cancelled my card and they kept tacking on fees.....what a ripoff...but the government still allows it because they overlook these companies because of large political payoffs....orchard bank is a scam...you are warned!!!!

First of all, let me specify that my credit sucks, being just over 600 with active collections/charge offs.
Second, I am an HSBC/Orchard Bank customer. I have been for 8 months now.
I am looking at my statement right now, and the rate is only 14.99%.
Third, all of the rates and fees are fully disclosed at the time you apply for the card.
So, my question is, if you did not like the terms, WHY did you apply for and accept the card?
I fail to see the rip off here.
