Orchard Brands Blair, Old Pueblo Traders, Haband they say "If you're not satisfied, Old Pueblo Traders is not satisfied". but that is not true. Internet

I need to vent a little. I am very careful about who I buy from online, but I got snookered! I went onto Old Pueblo website and bought some clothes. I thought it was going to be shipped by FED EX who drops it at my door.  Nowhere on the website did they say the Post Office would deliver it. I am physically unable to go to the Post Office so I don't shop on sites that ship that way. 

I waited and waited and no package.  So I went on their website to track it.  There was a delivery exception it said but didn't say where it was or why it wasn't delivered.  So I called the Old Pueblo Traders and they say the post office has it and I have to call the post office.   

I never order from websites that ship by post office. No where on their website did it say they ship by postal. The mailman didn't leave anything in my mailbox or on my door to tell me they tried to deliver it (as they usually do). 

Old Pueblo (aka: Blair, Orchards Brands, Haband, etc.) told me they wouldn't help me, that they aren't responsible for the Post Office.  I have to call the post office. Then they suggested I put in a 2nd order and pay again and then when they get the 1st order back they will credit me for it.

Needless to say I am not sure what I am going to do about this, but at the very least I am not going to be quiet. I am filing a complaint and canceling the charge to start. If they really sent it why didn't the post office leave a notice.
