Oregon Pacific Bank holds funds deposited by check for new accounts for eleven business days, which is beyond Federal Reserve guidelines; Breach of Trust when bank employee lied about ability to check with payor bank on clearance status, and refused to release eleven business day hold even when verified cleared by Payor bank; rude, abusive and uncooperative staff, evidently the customer is always wrong here; bank advises complaint process for this bank is entirely internal; "compliance officer" refused to speak to us; IMO AVOID AT ALL COSTS .
