Organic Health Select Bank reported suspicious activity for $139.86, company refuses to credit "2" days expired. No return call as promised and received "NO PRODUCT" Lexington, Kentucky

As with other customers free trial turned into charge of $139.86, notified by my bank "suspicious activity".  Attempted to call the number provided, hard to understand anyone responding.  Was told the two days time period had passed.  How was I to know that, the "free" trial product was NEVER received and still not to this day.  I was promised a return call from a supervisor within 48 hours and that never happened.  Representatives would not give me an address and one even hung up on me.
