Oriancvsm I ordered a workbench / sawhorse and they took my money but did not ship the item

I ordered a workbench on Dec 14/18 and received an e-mail confirming my purchase and said it was being ready to be shipped. It also stated that I would be notified when it had been sent.
I received an e-mail Dec 17 daying it was on it's way, order #1748. I sent an e-mail Jan 18 asking when I could expect it as I was unable to track it and have not reveived a reply back .
