Origin Cleaning Systems Corporation "Work to pay others bills!" Fort Worth, Texas

I read an article of a couple who claimed to have been ripped-off by Origin Cleaning Systems Corporation. Don't know them personally, but I agree completely with their claim. I have worked with Origin Cleaning Systems Corporation for over two years. The first incident my husband and I had was back in 2008 when we calculated what they where paying us, turns out we where not getting paid for two of the seven accounts we had been doing. For over ten months we recieved no payment from them for those accounts. When we brought the issue back to them they told us they would get it resolved and get us what we were owed. We recieved a check with the current months payment and what they owed, however the check was short over $800.00. Their response to that was that they were charges for the attemps made to keep the accounts. Mind you that they get 50% of the ceck already that according to the contract covers for all their expenses. Nowhere in the contract does it say that we et charged for attempts to recuperate accouts we have lost. The funny thing is that those two accounts we lost was immediately when we reported to them that we were not getting paid for them.

From the day we signed up with the company we never failed to show up for work, so there was no penalties for having to pay someone else do it as we always did our accounts on time. The second incident began in the summer of 2009, where they started paying me a month late, instead of getting my check the first ten days of the month; I was getting it at the end of the month. Therefore they have been paying a month late since. After putting my resignation in October 09 giving them 120 days notice as required, however the last day worked was the 27 Dec 09. To recieve payment today 28th of January 2010, only to find that I have only been paid one month which they owed us fro before. I did not get my check for Deec nor did I get the performance bonds they retained the first month. They owe me roughly another $800.00 making it a total of roughly $1,600.00 which I most likely will never get.

I don't understand how some bussinesses take advantage of people this way. I only ask to get what I am owed for I complied with their terms, and yet they have ripped me off not paying me what is legally mine. Leaving me to juggle what bills to pay a month so that I could still have food on the table for my three kids. I took valuable time away from my kids so that I can pay for the companies expenses and leave my bills not paid.
