This company uses the Fulfillment Center in Denver, CO as a third party shipping of their product so that is the return address on the package. The theft, however, is in the Original Garcinia Cambogia's marketing.  

When you place a one time order, somewhere they have hidden that you are automatically enrolled in an ongoing shipment program and will be charged for the product each time they send a shipment.

Call 1 877 890 2212 to have them cancel your account and refund your money.  However, to refund they still have your credit card information so it is safer to cancel the account and change your credit card number.
