origin/ea games they shut down a game that was already purchased and are now asking for a product code that they never sent and i cant get hold of them.to fix it. Internet

Thank you for your help. My 10 year old daughter bought a game she had to download on her computer. Which we have done and it worked fine then when she didnt play it for a month and now it does not work. They want us now to put in a product code which they have never sent and the number they give is a recording to go on line so i do.
Then i filled out the thing and tryed to live chat and the longer i waited the longer the time got for the wait fisrt it was 25 minutes then it went upto 1 hour. I am so upset. The company is origin. I am at a lose
