Elite Roofing was contracted by Nick Orr (son of James Orr) to repair leaks on the roof on 4414 Vine St. We applied Lucas, a very effective product, to stop the leaks. They have been giving us the runaround regarding payment ever since. Nick tried to say it was his father's deal even though he contracted with us but his father is not responding to our attempts to collect either. All promises, no action. Then I find tons of other complaints in Ripoff Reports. We have just sent them an intent to lien on the property but our next step will be going to our lawyer regarding this.
