Jeremy Houser failed to submit our payment applications to the owners of Stevens Aviation in a timely manner. Progress payments were late or missed altogether. Jeremy lied and failed to return phone calls as did Nathaniel J. Orr. They now owe us approximately $3,700 and we are having to file a lien against the Stevens Aviation building in our attempts to get paid. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO NOT GET PAID.
