OSI/ Gulf State Aka LVNV Funding LLC They clled to collect on a debt that is not mine. Very rude not helpful at all. Asked for instructions on how to resolve. Was told to send $ Englewood Colorado

I have no idea where to began. I do not have any credit cards and was told that this was a Cross Country Visa but I received a letter that said the creditor is OSI/Gulf State. I still do not know. I am writing this office within 30 days and requesting the copies of the payment received. Hopefully this will give me an address.

Do not fall for their lies and harassment tactics. Demand Validation of Debt within 30 days. Go to Debtorboards.com and research your rights. The sight is free.
I would also file a complaint with FTC.com and your attorney General.
Go to Debtorboards.com and research Validation of debt. Do it by certified mail and return receipt with signature. They have all sorts of scams to get people to pay. If they call tape it.
You can get a NACA attorney. You should run copies of all credit reports. You may be a victim of Identity theft. This is where you begin. You can get 1 copy of a credit report from each credit reporting agency .....FREE per Federal law. Go to FTC.com. This is the Federal Trade Commission website. This site is the only offical site to get your free reports per Federal law. All others are a scam!!!!!!

Find out how to fight them. I am not an attorney. So take what I provide as research and read. Then fight these mobsters dirtbags. Do not give them financial information no matter how small the amount. This will lead to you being labeled as a sucker to pay because someone sends you a bill.
