OTL Scores Score Sense Yahoo keeps sending notices that passwords are compromised & u can get free credit score which ended up @ $30.95 of which OTL refunded me $1.00 Dallas, Texas

I keep getting messages from Yahoo stating that everyone's internet passwords have been compromised & that you should get a free credit report which ended up costing me $30.95.  I spoke with Ramona at OTL on 7/24/2012 stating I would receive a refund.  On July 27th I received an email from OTL stating that I did not request cancellation of their protective services which I never requested in the first place in a timely manner and they would not refund a dime.  Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed that they refunded $1.00.  Big Whoop....I hope no one else gets stung by these obvious crooks
