On 10/15/19 I made an order on this website. on 10/16/19 they sent me an email, confirming my order. Their advertisement read, Guaranteed ship within 5-7 business days, and Item in stock. My order was a 3 in 1. 12V DC 5 TON AUTO CAR ELECTRIC hydraulic floor jack lift+Impact wrench for $99.00 Dollars.
They Didn't Supply a contact phone number, only to email them, or Text them. So After 7days they didn't contact me,So I new it was a scam. I sent them several emails and texts and no response. Then I started to worry, and sent them more emails and texts,but no response.
When I checked the order status it always said pending.I couldn't do anything else,so I kept Insisting, that to send me my product or a full refund. No response after 10-15 days. So I'm trying to some help to see I can get my money back. .

since my order was placed on this website, 10/15/19. They have ignored all my claims. Please stay away from the following websites. otosiponline, service7@vinayotap.com and openrty.com .they are all involved in scamming people Â
