I spoke with Roman Fields numorous times on leasing a truck. At no point did he mention that my deposit on a truck thats not even ready is non-refundable. He sent me a lease agreement via email and after reading the contract I didn't agree with all the extra fees that was added without my knowledge.So once I spoke with Roman Fields and explained to him that I wasn't going to sign a lease with OTR he instantly became very rude and volgar in his language. Wouldn't let me get another word in before hanging the phone up in my face Saying good luck because you want get your dam deposit back. If this the way this company does business I wouldn't recommend nobody to use this company.

This issue is already resolved. Why they decided to answer such an old complaint is not smart at all. Since OTR decided to respond with a lie. Please unload or produce any documents that I signed. Also unload or produce any documents at the time of the complaint that states There's a non refundable policy.

OTR Leasing requires customers to sign a non-refundable deposit form in order to hold a truck. What would be the point of the deposit to hold a truck if there was not a consequence. We spends thousands to get truck prepared and compliant for customers to the hold deposit that is forfeited is customer backs out is a fraction of what we have spent to get the truck ready for the customer.
OTR Leasing sales rep are honest and straighforward, we believe that being straightforward with a no nonsense approach is why hundreds of customers are satisfied with our trucks and our leases. We set expecations up front so we can stay clear of misunderstandings.
