Cell Phone Case has a design flaw - won't work with my Bose Ear Buds. I contacted them about a return for a refund, per their website instructions. No response. Sent an email. No response. Sent multiple messages via my account mailbox - no response. Tried the "Contact Us" chat - no response.

Its been over 2 weeks, despite their claim that most replies are within 24 hours. I'm seeing multiple complaints on the Louisiana BBB.

I wish I'd read this website first!
