Ovation Credit Services Company refuses to furnish copy of dispute letter sent on my behalf, saying its "propriatory" Jacksonville Florida

Company could not furnish dispute reply from a bank reporting false negative information.  My attorney needed a copy of the dispute letter in order to proceed against bank.  We called Ovation from his office snd told I could not get a copy, said letter was "propriatory".  Not only dd this company not get the false info off my report because of their actions I can not do so even with legal action.  As the letter was sent on my behalf I believe I am entitled to a copy as well as of the reply.
