This company sucks! I was with ---- prior and though I was happy with the service, I liked that Ovation did repair as well inquiries, names, and addresses so I switched. Big mistake.

They are clueless, and incompetant over there. They would send me the dispute manager and items on reports I sent them would be missing. I promise one item came off the first 3 month I was with them and when I wanted to cancel the offered me half and month off so I tried for another month. Again big mistake. Same issues as before. So when I asked to cancel before billing cycle was over, they closed the account and charged me another month! I called and went off on them. I will do a charge back to get my money back. They are really bad and I dont advise anyone to use them.

I started using ----- again and items started getting deleted again. I wish I had never stopped but you live and learn.

Confirmed what? I thought I was a competitor?

No you are not sorry and your company is a rip off period! I did not authorize you to run my credit card at your disposal after I canceled service BEFORE the start of a new billing period. (Which you just ADMITTED). So just to alert potential clients of what to expect, here it is.


Like I stated before, your company deleted 1 item off Equifax, and some inquires off of Transunion ONLY! It was not numerous deletions. Items that your company did NOT dispute were deleted, so STOP the delusion. Why would I CANCEL the service and switch BACK to Lexington Law? Lack of results and incompetence.

Like I have stated I switched back to Lexington Law MONTHS ago! I would not recommend anyone sign up for your service. Poor service, no results and deceptive billing practices await.

Terry stop the lying please. You are making your company look worse. You sound very deranged. I am not the only former client to complain about your service. The only thing a person needs to do is go to BBB.com and see that for themselves.

You do charge for service in advance. I dont remember signing up for free.

Let me make this clear Terry. Your company did NOT get ANY deletions off of my credit report! That is why I CANCELED your service. Actually your company got 1 item deletion off of Equifax and a couple of inquiries off of Transunion. THAT IS IT.

I was doing my own credit repair work and signed back up with Lexington Law after 2 months because of the incompetance of your staff. I was happy with Lexington and only switched because your company offered name, and inquiry deletion services but I switched back to them because of a LACK of results, and I regret leaving them in the first place.

Dont you DARE try to take credit for anything. Items were deleted that your company did not even dispute so stop the lying. If it was so great wouldn't I still be doing business with you? No one complains when they are happy. Put logic in place here. Trust and believe I am not the only client who feels the same way about your companies services.

My credit reports are even better NOW since firing your company and thats the truth. Face the facts your company sucks and anyone who signs up will see it for themselves. If there was not a problem, I would not have made a posting about MY experience. Buyer beware.

We have searched our records and can not find any clients named Jay that live in Atlanta, GA. If this is indeed a legitimate complaint, please provide some additional information so we can properly respond to this report.

In the meantime, our competitors should consider using a more common name when posting incorrect information on this otherwise valuable forum.
