July 24th 17 days later I called and was transferred to an accountant who stated, "YOU MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY TO GET RELIEF FROM THIS DEBT, BUT WE CAN GET YOU SETUP ON A PAYMENT PLAN." At this point I called back and informed OVATION TAX GROUP what my accountant told me, and asked CHASE to cancel this payment within the 30-Day window well under 60-Day grace period. I did not trust TAX OVATION GROUP to assist me with my IRS tax situation at this point! I was later told she misinformed me and she was talking in generalities.

The next one said she would call me back after receiving more information from me. Which I sent 5 minutes later. Then Svetlana's was in court, then she is busy right now, and then today she is on the phone. I asked him to call you to explain the deficiencies that need to be amended. At this point, we need to have a payment from you so that we can proceed to amend the returns and deal with the balances. OVATION TAX GROUP: Never proceeded to amend the returns and deal with the balances! NO WORK WAS DONE as stated by Svetlana! Based on this and the fact I only received 5 emails and 4 text messages for 5,500.00 this was a total SCAM!
