Trevor Williams is the SOLE support for sellers on Overstock.com and he has no idea how to perform the functions of his job. He constantly asks sellers to try and solve their own issues and quite frankly, needs to be re-evaluated by his employer on his abilities to actually perform the functions of his job, unreal!!!!! Trevor Williams works as seller support for Overstock.com / Supplier Oasis. He is completely inept and his supervisors do not seem to care. We have had numerous issues with their platform for 2 years now and NOTHING has changed. When you reach out to him for support, he usually responds that he couldnt find a resolution and he would like to discuss it with you, IF he responds at all that is......this company obviously has no consideration for the sellers actually bringing revenue to the site......it really is a shame seeing that such a HUGE household name such as Overstock shows so much apathy towards the problems of their sellers. SELLERS BEWARE !!!!! WORST PLATFORM AND SUPPORT OUT THERE!!!!!
