I apply for RV financing from Whitby Owasco RV dealer. They take $1000.00 from my credit card for load down payment. Dealer told me this is refundable deposit and need only to apply for financing.

I received RV loan OK and next day get new track Dodge Ram for 8000lb towing capability. But dealer provide wrong RV spec (dry weight of RV 6000 lb). I get real RV spec for 10000 lb capability and refuse to sing contract. They not return my $1000 deposit and now we have to meat in court.
