The Ocwen loan servicing has promised me a loan modification for two years. They said i qualify but then I can't get a confirmation letter of approval. They constantly have me send them paper work. I spend so much time faxing paper. They always lose my papers. I can never talk to anyone about.
I have been to housing seminars and finally had a chance to speak to someone. They sat there in my face and lied and said I qualify for a loan mod. One of the reps said I qualify for several loans because I'm under water in my loan. I have been to two housing seminars.
They have incompetent people working for them because they constantly are losing paperwork. Or so they say.

Ocwen is one of those companies that you need to file complaint after complaint. They already have an "F" Rating with the BBB of Central Florida which is where they are located. When you go to the BBB website and pull up Ocwen it says "This company has a consumer Alert" in red and then it says it has a grade of F. Ocwen is an awful company just like so many massive mortgage servicers. Play hardball with them. It's the only language they understand. Good Luck.
