Just like the rest of the stories in here about oxford financial. I was called and for an offer, at the end of the call I said that I didn't want the card, the told me that it already was processed and I had to wait for the benefits package and send it back to get my refund. Never got a package, tried to call the number they gave me, nad it no longer works.
I tried my bank and they said because I gave my account number this is not fraud. Please beware of this compnay.

I have no Idea what to do.
