Oxford financial is a total scam. Someone called me on the telephone in July 2005 and offered me a 2000 credit card for 249 dollars and said that i would recieve the card within 40 business days. They said it would be zero percent interest for 1 year. It is now october 4nd and I still havent recieved anything. I called them at 1866-333-7715 and now the phone number doesnt work. I want my money back. What can I do. Or is this just a total loss.
