We employed Oxford Tax Partners over 2 years ago.
During that time we have had to chase them continually for updates and proof of the work product we are paying them for.
After 2 years we finally had enough.
Below is a recent email sent by us:

"The bulk of the communications you sent over are either Oxford responding to us, us chasing Oxford for updates, and you confirming receipt of documents from us.

Attached is a selection of our concerns emailed over to Danny and other Oxford staff members. As you can see our concerns are not new. Most striking is the lack of a direct answer when we had direct questions, or cherry-picking issues to answer whilst ignoring others.

The bottom line for us is simple. We cannot trust that what Oxford Tax Partners is telling us is true; we have a 2 year & 2 month track record of having to chase Oxford Tax Partners for any update at all; we have had to rectify errors made by Oxford Tax Partners (to wit, the 2018 tax return); we simply do not have confidence that Oxford Tax Partners is capable of finding us a meaningful IRS resolution.

On close reflection of all the details, we have decided to pursue the refund option as outlined in my previous email to Danny and the Oxford Team.
While we appreciated your efforts to “save” the account, it has just come too late in the game for us.
Please proceed with the $6200 refund via the bank account below, as detailed previously."

We also have a written guarantee from Oxford stating:
"...If I can’t get you into any resolution I’ll resolution I’ll refund the whole amount including the 700 dollar investigation fee the total price is 6200 dollars and I can give you 6 months , as long as we have proof to fight the audit which it looks like we do I’m pretty  sure this will work out."

Oxford Tax Partners is forcing us to use the online review process and Small Claims in order to get any resolution at all, wasting out time and costing us even more money. 

We have documentation proving everything said here is true and accurate.
We can also show instances of unprofessionalism and incompetence from Oxford Tax Partners.
