Check the Lawsuits on the Pima County Superior Courts Records and you will find John Tencyck as the Liable Party. One of the cases against him was even brought by his wife Amy. John was suppose to take classes to make him a better person. Obviously didn't work.  Proof is there. Can't refute the evidence just because you changed the name of your company. KARMA Sucks for you too.
