P.A.A Inc Failed to comply with subscription Whitesboro, Texas

Agreed to purchase magazine subscription to American Photo from Josh Greer on July 31, 2009. I have yet to see one magazine. Contract says to expect delivery between 90-150 days, and we are beyond that now. When I tried to call the phone number listed on my receipt, it has been disconnected. There is also no street address or web address available to contact the company in question. I'm out 60 bucks, and will probably not see any of the money or the magazines. I'm reporting this, hoping that someone else will not fall for the same scam.
