Very easy, mail them 50 $$ and they send you a letter saying its on the way and it isn't. They never answer phone only put you tou a voice mail who never calls back. On hold the hold at ALL Hours at 15 minutes will transfer to diane stanly who is probly a name this company invented. Even if I would try to get money refunded they don't answer phone. So I've Been screwed like it or not.
