John Yarbrough and Pacific Capital Partners have re-surfaced, only to find himself homeless and being investigated by the FBI for a long list of financial crimes. DO NOT TRUST JOHN YARBROUGH WITH A PENNY! He is running around the Beverly Hills area, spending investors’ money that he embezzled through various shell companies and now he is flat broke after spending nearly $1 Million Dollars that he embezzled.
If you are approached by this man with the story of being able to provide construction management services in return for an investment, RUN!!!! He will claim that he can build homes for less than anyone else and is rich because of his secret formula. His story is very believable at first, but when the money starts to disappear and he is running over budget because he used the construction draws to support his lavish lifestyle, you will wish that you listened to my advice in this report.

Don't be ashamed as he is very believable on the surface, but unfortunately, he is nothing but a low life crook. There are multiple groups that are working with the authorities to ensure that he does not continue to hurt innocent people and is locked up for the rest of his life.
John Yarbrough stands 6 feet tall and has dirty blond hair with blue eyes. His birthday is (((REDACTED)))1964 and his claim to fame is playing football for ASU. He drives an old black Range Rover and wears outdated clothes. He claims to be a developer and investment banker but failed miserably at both and then decided to live a life of crime by scamming innocent people.

This report is a complete fabrication and the "author" is a fake person. The real author is Sasha Mager, an independent contractor who was terminated by the Company in 2020 for gross incompetence and erratic behavior. This fake report is nothing more than a malicious, childish, vindictive attempt to smear the Company and myself.
Mager is a convicted felon (Attempted Murder) and a habitual loser, having been fired from multiple jobs and failed at every attempt at a business venture. He was arrested in December 2021 by the LAPD for Stalking, Burglary, and Breaking and Entering (into my property) and is currently under further investigation for Attempred Murder, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Child Molestation (his own step-children) and other serious crimes.
He is a highly unstable individual who would be quite dangerous if he weren't so laughably incompetent. He is currently out on bail but will soon be back in prison where he belongs, and out of circulation for good.
