Does anybody know how to get ahold of these people. I have dialed 2 on their calls about 200 times and I still get their calls. whenever i ask who they are i am hung up on. i faked like i wanted a warranty and was given a # that only has an answering machine. I want to sue them for calling me repeatedly, I have spent literally hours answering their calls. i get 15-20 calls a day from these people.

they go by another name too that i can't recall, Georgia something or other. who ever they are they are full of it and they owe me a lot of money. it's $250 a call?? is that correct?

they are disrupting my business, somebody please help.

Thank you for the info about Pacific Gaurd, and I hope I can help with the little info I have,
Currently like alot of others I'm unemployeed looking for work, my main experiences have been call center work (Billing/Collections/Cable/Customer Support/Sales) I try to send my resume to 3-4 jobs a day using job hunt websites. I recieved a call from a woman who stated she had a telemarketing job and could set me up for an interview, She kept stating she worked for a "Ultimate staffing company" and not for the company that I would have the job/interview with (Pacific Gaurd Warrenty). She explained there is base pay of $12/hr and had a sales quota of 2/day, 10/week. M-F 8-4:30+ every other Sat. She explained the call center has a couple different queues, one she went on to detail about 70 calls in queue, that stay in queue that were inbound yet no body pays attention to ????((if she worked for just a staffing company, why would she tell me about another jobs queue//and why would she know about that and not go into detail about where? when? and about the actual interview))
She stated I would recieve interview info via e-mail. She also ask me if I ever heard of the company and seemed surprized when I told her no because I actually had never heard of them by name/ only by Micheal Finny on your side 7news as car warrenty scams((in my head this is when I thought it would be a good idea to google them, also because my boyfriend told me he thought this was the car warrenty people he hated with a passion that call alot on every # we have)). Low and Behold it is, and even though I'm desprite for a job, I can't see myself content being hated by everyone I'm supposed to interact with.
Momments after the call I recieved an e-mail not from Pacific Gaurd but from the same staffing company The interview was with a service manager with "ultimate staffing". The email looked professional however came off odd. I'm not sure of the laws and I'm not trying to start drama with a job finding company if that's who actually sent me the e-mail. And I don't know what I can reveal (tel #/fax#/names/address with suite)/ when I checked out there site they have confidentiality rules or somthing about the e-mails they send out. It talked more about BART & parking fees around the place then actual instructions to navigate through the e-mail. Everything felt and looked HUSH HUSH like. Once you do this, this e-mail will come, then followed by the link, then the app, then the test, followed by this other e-mail info.

This is a correction to my previous post - it is our understanding that Pacific Guard did NOT reference our name that we are aware of at this time. I was told we had proof of this, but it appears to not be the case. They will no doubt have themselves buried in other corporations that own PacificGuard. So look at the Nevada Secretary of State pages along with Delaware and any other corporate friendly state.

If you can get to these 3 individuals personally with a lawsuit, you may get somewhere. Suing the corporation will get you nowhere, because they have insulated themselves appropriately.

A big lawsuit against any of them personally will wake them up because they won't want to lose their personal property or money.

Note to everyone else here: this sales method of "voice broadcasting" (using a computer to randomly dial numbers) is currently being investigated by over 40 states and Warranty America has been among the very first service contract administrators to come out proactively against it and we continue to do so. FYI - many of these marketers are being caught now after many months of trying to hide their identity and claiming to be some other company (like ours) and some are being taken over by the FTC as we speak. This will not continue for much longer.

So I see you have relocated to Pleasant Hill California and you're looking for more scam artists? Pretty bold posting the help want ad through the Contra Costa Times news paper.

Why don't you just come out with it and ask for scammers? That's what you want. Your expectations of people is pretty high. You Rob Peter to pay Paul. You're nothing but crooks.

Come forward and justify yourselves. How can you live with yourselves doing to people what you do?

Go camp out at the county jail. I'm sure their ex-cons are better than what you have working for you right now. Courtney still there? Last I came up with was that you have two women ex-cons there. The other is Nicole? Any men now? Oh of course there are. Do you screen them? No? I didn't think so.

Bi-polar. This will be my last post considering my issue with the company is resolved. I originally posted because I was pissed off that they called me all the time and was hoping to get some info on how to contact a corporate office or something like that. That did not happen, instead all of this drama on here.

I finally got through to a management person one day when I tried to pretend like I wanted a warranty. He took down the name of our company and the list of our phone numbers and I have only received 4 calls since then. Should I still be pissed off? Is my being satisfied with them resolving the issue a trait of someone bi-polar. I think really it's you, why are you even on here.

What is funniest is not one of these rebuttal post were helpful to me in what my original question was, "Who is Pacific Guard Warranty". I got a couple of vague responses, but none of which were enough for me to contact them and fix my problem. So basically all of you are just bored and I don't even know why any of you posted here.

You totally got lost in the crossfire here. Have you any clue who you are justifying/responding to? You wrote the original post in regards to telemarketing Nuisance by Pacific Guard warranty! You had their phone number posted!

Prior to your previous response, a employee (Courtney) responded to your post to justify that company. (Stop Hating is the title of her post). Then another individual, posted a response, then myself, then back to you, then back to the other individual. If you look up at the left hand corner of the posts, you will see each users identity.

Now if you had read carefully, my post to you was a small section of your exaggerated amount of calls you got. End of story. Then the post went into further detail in reference to Courtney. Where she downgraded McDonald workers because her as a telemarketer is perfect. HA! That post in other words had nothing to do with you. Because you may get an enormous amount of replies, doesn't mean you're a target.

You may appear odd to ones eye, because in one post, you're all fired up over Pacific Guard Warranty telemarketers, while in another post, you're happy, then your other post, you're fired on them again. bi-polar like if you ask me. Perhaps if you start from the beginning where it all began then read each post, you will understand who is rebuttaling who or what. Make more sense to you now?

If you're not part of the company Pacific Guard warranty, then so be it! Courtney's post to you only proves how retarded Pacific Guard Warranty telemarketers are. very shallow and naive! Courtney for one, gets paid to make peoples lives miserable! Nothing but a scam artist devil child.

So bottom line, "unless you are Courtney" then you have no worries if you are paying attention.

Courtney however will get one thumb up from me. She's the only one that has balls to come forward. The company can not rebuttal because they have no justification. What's been said is factual unless proven otherwise and they have not stepped up! Investigations reveal, there are ex-cons working in their establishment including Courtney. Without that being said, they may have a fight to clear themselves. However, the scam they are pulling off can only be stopped when their doors shut. Sadly their victims will still remain at large.

Companies like Pacific Guard Warranty are my prey...WTB is my name Fighting scam is my game!

I am not an employee of these people. did you read who posted that about the management, i am definately not endorsing this fraud of a company in any sort of way.

all i am saying is once i was able to get past their uneducated, minimum wage earning employees the management guy, so he claimed to be, Jacob was decent and it seemed to work speaking to him because i have only gotten a few calls after speaking with him. I gave him a list of ou block of numbers and he told me it would take 10 to 14 days for the numbers to be completely out for their database. Before speaking to him the telemarketers would always hang up on me as soon as they knew i didn't want to buy or even only by asking the name of the company they work for. they know people don't like them that's why they try and hide who they are when you call. they answer, "warranty specialist, what is the year and make of your car?" yeah, even if i did want their crap warranty, i 'm really gonna just start spilling info to ??? who knows.

I still think they are a rip off fraud, i'm just glad somebody there got the picture that i wasn't playing around and they were in for a major law suit for disrupting our business daily.

Sorry you all have nothing better to do then worry if I am lying or not (when it seems that none of you are directly affiliated with this company), but i do have a business to run and i'm just glad the calls stopped.

Their management seems to have their head on their shoulders, their jobs don't come a dime a dozen.

I am the one who originally wrote the report. No I have never worked for them (who ever them is, I don't even know the true name of the company) nor have I ever lived in CA, I am in the Seattle, WA metro area (Renton). I have never been a telemarketer and if I had I would not be like these people. Rude, discourteaous, and greedy (will lie for a sale). Okay i exagerrated with the 50 calls a day. It was more like 32 times, we counted them as suggested by a rep at the FCC. Since my last threat when, I actually got through to someone, it finally meant something apparently, I have not received a call since 3/3. After reporting them and requesting that our block of #'s was taken out of ther database (we have 130 lines, that is how they called us so many times. A call to every number can be pretty f**king annoying when you are trying to conduct a professional services business).

I didn't even finsih reading the long rebuttal before this because it has nothing to do with what I have reported to this site. I saw the word McDonald's in the mix and passed on. What the f**k does McDonald's have to do with any of this. Stick to the issue at hand.

In general, don't let these people bully you on the phone. What they are doing is against the law and they should be reported every time. I know it may not be the companies specified practice, but obviously they have absolutely no screening process for who they hire and they do not monitor their operators calls. If they did I am sure they would not allow them to hang up when asked to be taken off the list. THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW, FOR ALL YOU SMART a*s TELEMARKETERS WHO THINK THEY CAN JUST HANG UP. AND YOU WILL CAUSE A VERY LARGE FINE TO BE INCURRED AGAINST THE COMPANY YOU WORK FOR. IF YOU CAN'T TAKE THE HEAT OF YOUR JOB DO SOMETHING ELSE, BUT THE FACT IS YOU IRRITATE A LOT OF PEOPLE AND I AM ONE WHO IS TIRED OF IT.

I wish they would call, at this point they owe us $250 for every call they make to your company.

Remember, adding fresh wood to a burning fireplace, only keeps the flames going longer and sometimes you get bigger fires that keep burning. If you stop adding wood, then the fire eventually dies. :)

Dearest Christina, My only suggestion to your comment is to be a bit more realistic. Come on now. In your title, you claim they call you 50 times a day, yet in your filing, you say it's 15 to 20 times a day. Which is it? Either stated amount of incoming calls you claim you received, I believe are exaggerated. I too get telemarketing calls, but I have never experienced the "same" company calling me all day long. Keep it real hon! You can only get justice properly if you submit a proper claim. good luck.


Now Courtney, your rebuttal puzzles me. Based on research evidence, Pacific Guard Warranty has "not" been in business in the state of California for your 5 years of employment. I'm curious as to why you as an employee feel the strong desire to back your beloved company. The owner should come forward in defense if you ask my opinion. Issues can be resolved if the company can back themselves from the accusations. If "Excellent Service" was existent, you wouldn't be here to rebuttal for the company you work for.
Define "Senior warranty specialist" if you would. How many of you are there? I have received a sales pitch from another individual claiming to work for the same company with the same title, however, it wasn't California, Which led partially to my investigation. "senior warranty specialists", are "telemarketers"/(sales people) if I'm correct. I do hope you are paid hourly with O.T based on your alleged hours of work. Most "sales people" have to work that long to benefit good wages according to known experience. You must be aware that being away from your family like that is 'your" choice. there are wonderful full time jobs out there that only require 40 hours per week with the same results of your current income you are getting now, if not more. You "slandered" McDonald workers, what makes them any different from you? I'd say the maturity level is that of the individual you are rebuttaling, wouldn't you say?
How can you be so sure it is a ex employee trying to "slander" your place of employment and not an actual victim? Can you back that up? Can you back why such named company has not resolved several issues with the Better business Bureau and why they are not listed in California where they should be? Perhaps you could read the "Friday's felines article", will you claim they are "ex employees slandering your place of employment? It seems rather odd, that not only the above mentioned, but several others as well, the company you work for may not be as perfect as you claim.
When I do business and give $$$ for service, I at least want full detail of where and how my money is being handled. I for one will not take step into the doors of Pacific Guard warranty. I think others should learn from this and thoroughly investigate the company and their "sales rep" before handing over their hard earned money.

Now last but not least Courtney, tell me now, have you yourself ever been in prison? Just a question with a broad smile and a wink. :)

Last question: CAN YOUR COMPANY BACK IT UP AND PROVE THE ACCUSATIONS AREN'T TRUE? 100% 75% 50% OR MAYBE JUST 10%? You have a great day now Courtney, got McDonald's on my mind 'BIG MAC here I come!!!'

WELL LET ME FIRST START BY SAYING THAT MISS GORDEN HAS NOT BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR 5 YEARS ! MORE LIKE FIVE MIN'S SO THIS IS FOR ALL YOU CUSTOMER'S DONT FALL FOR THE LIE'S YOUR BETTER NOT HAVING THE WARRANTY AT ALL. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE WITH ALL THESE COMPANY'S LIKE. ROYAL, AND ALL THE OTHER SUB CONTRACTED COMPANY'S. AND THEY ARE ALL THE COMPANY'S THEY ARE CONTRACTED ONDER ARE REALLY GREAT COMPANY'S IF YOU REALLY NEED A WARRANTY GO TO THEM NOT PACIFIC GUARD WARRANTY LLC. I've been with the company for 5 wonderful years and would have never imagined someone being so deceiteful as to spread so many lies.It's a sad shame that ex-employees aren't out looking for work but looking for ways that slander a team of individuals who put there heart and souls into providing excellent service any way possible, including being away from our families 6 days out the week for 12 and 13 hours a day.

The best advice I can give to anyone interested in all this bogus slander is pay it no mind it's ex-employees who can't seem to handle providing excellent customer service the ones who get angry when you decline a warranty or badger you into something your not ready to do that's why there in the unemployment line now. Actually I feel a little sorry for them and the sad life they are leading, in closing I can say to them that McDonald's is always hiring... Thanks for the time.
