Pacific Heights Financial Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota They will call you using the Alias RITA HOOVER and tell you they guarantee you a loan in 3-6 hours but all you have to do is put up money using a card from walmart. many people have posted that after this they are unable to call them and they will never return your call.
