Pacific Northwest Bank - Home Loan Department ripoff and backstabbers, don't care about a persons credit report Oak Harbor Washington
*Author of original report: apologized and sent an updated letter to the credit agency
Sent a house payment Dated for 26. They dated it on the first of following month. Also 2 late payments showed up on my credit report. They say they only have one on file and it's not their problem. Doesn't take 6 days for a payment to go from Walla Walla Wa to Oak Harbor Wa. They are a bunch of creeps and don't give a rat about a persons credit only their pockets. Hope you choke on the money. It's too bad Wells Fargo bought into such a back stabbing bank.

After getting a hold of the right individual in the collections department finally, I explained to them that when wells fargo took over loan on Dec 1 of 2003, that there computers had not been updated to reflect the change, so it didn't see us sending a payment on time because it went to Wells Fargo. She apologized and sent an updated letter to the credit agency and us a letter also showing they were wrong.
