This company raised my payment without telling me and then foreclosed on us for non payment. I was still making the old payments which they hid. They never sent a letter or called about the payments. I even filed for homestead and re appraised the house to a lower amount and they didn't lower my payments. They waited until 2 weeks before they started the foreclosure before telling us. We tried to get them to do a loan modification but they always denied receiving the documents that we sent. I even hired a lawyer to help us but they ignored the lawyer as much as they ignored me. This company dragged their feet to prevent us from saving our home.
