I purchased a promotion package on Fiverr.com from the user "Pacospain", who advertised that he would share my crowdfunding campaign with 350 people on facebook who were all "proven crowd-funding supporters", for $10.  After buying the campaign I received a special offer from Paco to add an additional 800 shares for only $8 more, so I proceeded.  All in all I spent $20 including the processing fees for said service.

At 15:07 Paco accepted my order, and at 15:47 he sent me a PDF with a link where I could track my shares.  It seemed very fishy to me that only 40 minutes had transpired to share my campaign with 1150 or more proved crowd-funding supporters on Facebook, but when I clicked the link it only showed 57 shares.  The link he sent me to was a third-party site (likely one he created with counters he created as well), that gave no ability for me to verify that my campaign was ever shared on facebook (ie: links to facebook pages where I could see the post and that it had been shared).

A week later (after Christmas) I went back to review the campaign.  Now it was showing 1333 likes and 1333 shares, but zero comments.  Common sense tells you that if 1333 people liked and shared your post (and they are proven crowd-funding supporters) then there would surely be at least one comment.  Again I noticed there was no way to verify the numbers (like a simple link to facebook) and I reviewed my campaign traffic data...  Not even a 1% increase in traffic over the period his promotion campaign was run.  I realized then I had been scammed.

I filed a complaint through Fiverr.com and a dispute through paypal, claiming I had never received my order.  To this day Paco has not sent me a verifiable link to any facebook account where I can see my post shared, which further demonstrates his service is entirely fraudulent.  He just takes your money, sends you to a site he created that says "see I did the work", but when you ask to actually verify his work via facebook he begins threatening you.

Within an hour of filing my complaint with Fiverr.com I received a text from "Yen Aryamueang" through Facebook stating "scammer you will go down".  Upon reviewing the facebook page I realized it was an Asian individual with only 6 Asian friends...  To me it resembled a "bot" account on facebook along with the 6 fake friends.  There was only 1 post on the timeline, and it wasn't mine...  This wasn't a community of crowd-funding supporters, it was a bot net of fake facebook accounts that share posts among fake accounts.  And even then my post wasn't shared!

The next day I received an email through my website stating the following:

  • Message Details:
    • Name Pacospain
    • Subject SCAMMER
    • Message you thought you could get things for free on Fiverr you dumb a*s mother f**ker i got your campaign link and i will now certainly place it everywhere telling what a scam you are, besides that i will do some VERY negative SEO.... and report your campaign on Indiegogo have a ncie day a*****e Paco

  • Not only did Pacospin never deliver what I paid for, when I filed a dispute after he failed to provide any real evidence (via facebook) the work was ever done, he began harassing me on facebook and sending me threat letters via email!  He vows to use underhanded "black-hat" SEO tactics to ruin my site and go everywhere online telling people I am a scam for filing a complaint against him and Fiverr.com refunding my purchase.  All this hostility and criminal-esque behavior over $20!  Do yourself a favor and stay away from this rampant fraud.  He will scam you and then threaten you or worse when you expose him for the fraud he truly is.  Too bad he is not in the US or I would sue him for harassment.

1 mistake on this FAKE report

AUTHOR: Paco - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 25, 2017

I do not have much to say about this if this person read the file it clearly stated when we deliver the link that we will share very soon. So we did like stated about emails to this person is nonsense as EVERYBODY knows you may not give email or any other personal information on fiverr. So how can we have your email? If we only ask the link of the campaign? This report is filled without it is even checked by this website. That is all
