page plus/cellular short changed/cant give my money back columbus Georgia

I paid my bill at page plis in columbus ga 4805 buena vista road.my problem is if you gonna have a cashier dont habe her short changing people and you cant return their money.i used a $100.00 dollar bill to pay my 45.00 bill in return i was given 44.00 in return now anybody that can vount know that dont add up im so pissed im ready to drop thwm as a carrier....even though it is ten dollars hell its my hard earned money im not tryna give it away.and there is nothing you can do really though wtf do you have cameras for...im done ill take that drive to another store...untol i can grt another carrier.
