I will be taking legal action against for fraud, slander and defamation against Rick Savage Sandy Bunz and everyone affilliated with falsely representing they had any business dealings with me. The only connection m3nyc, llc, that can possibly be made is that I own the domains for m3nyc.com which I retain for my use as a part of my m3 software and multimedia products and has NO affilliation with m3nyc, llc. and to which I have no affiliation or ownership. These domains are currently dormant and will remain that way. m3nyc, llc... has contact me as the domain owner to obtain/purchase the domains from me.

m3nyc, llc is owned by John Paul Campbell. John Paul Campbell lives in Miami and Lived in New York on the dates stated above and is soley responsible for all the content, pornography and otherwise that this firm markets. I have NO and nor have I never had contractual agreements or participation in any business this firm does. I am in the finance/trading and software business and no interest nor connection to or interest in any pornographic business or enterprises.

m3nyc, llc. is a company that is in the pornography business - aparently almost exclusively. Rick Savage and Sandy Bunz certainly are aware that they have never spoken to "Peter Campbell" and that there is no and has never been such person, resource or employee at m3nyc, llc. Moreover, it only takes one search on the internet to ascertain the aspirations of Rick Savage - who has directly conversing regarding his claims with Sandy Bunz in some of these inacfurate, fraudulent and misreprestative reports. 

"Peter Campbell and I agreed on terms of a contract in 2004" this is a patently false statement as it is 100% impossible. As all business stated by Rick Savage has been conducted with John Paul Campbell who has always been the sole owner of m3nyc, llc as represented in corporate record. Additionally, the name John Paul Campbell, is not an easy name to confuse with Peter Campbell - which makes these claims inflamatory and creates signficant liabiility for the indivduals making them. The only way any possible thread of a connection between my name and m3nyc, llc could be made is one rederred by specifically referencing the ownership of the web domains for m3nyc.com which I currently own and have never been owned by anyone else. If that is the source of the address information as it clearly must be as I did not live at the address at the time,

then it clearly represents irresponsibility and culpability by Rick Savage in knowingly making false representations with reference to individuals that he is NOT and NEVER affilliated and despite knowing that he has NOT and NEVER affilliated any business with me, spoken with me or even contacted me - made the claims without doing even a shred of due dilligence or attempting to contact me in anyway at the stated address or telephone numbers that were on my whois listing for the domains for m3nyc.com, m3nyc.us or m3nyc.net. Apparnetly the only research and fact checking done was looking up the owner of the domain m3nyc.com, m3nyc.us or m3nyc.net. In seeking to do maximum damage, the dubious character of the individuals filing these claims clearly sought to cast as wide a net as possible. The problem with this arbirtary strategy is that one does not know what they will catch when they make patently false misrepresentations against individuals with whom you have NEVER done business.

As the individauls who filed these reports have not corrected the record, my attorney will be pursuing you regarding your fraudulent representations, slander and defamatory representations.
