I will tell you about my experience with Palace Elite in Cancun. My wife and I were on vacation when we were embarked by these thieves. They sold us the service based on many lies and false expectations. After returning to our room reading everything in detail and talking to my wife, we realized how they wrapped us up and set a trap for us to buy, you get fed up until you tell them: yes I buy them, but let us go!

As we were not happy with what we bought, we returned the next day to cancel our timeshare and the attitude of the vendors was different, the jokes and the cordial service were over, now they were threats and ill-treatment. As my wife is very moved and zero left, I immediately contacted the lawyers of mexican timeshare solutions and they took care of the cancellation. With them it was a very good experience, they solved our problem very efficiently and effectively, I recommend them absolutely, they are a professional service. Voy a contar mi experiencia con Palace Elite en Cancún. Mi esposa y yo nos encontrábamos de vacaciones cuando fuimos embarcados por estos rateros. Nos vendieron el servicio a base de muchas mentiras y falsas expectativas. Después de  regresar a nuestra habitación leyendo todo a detalle y hablarlo con mi esposa nos dimos cuenta de cómo nos envolvieron y nos pusieron una trampa para que les compráramos, te hartan hasta que les dices: sí les compro, pero ya déjenos ir! 

Como  no estábamos felices con lo que compramos , regresamos al día siguiente a cancelar nuestro tiempo compartido y la actitud de los vendedores era otra, se acabaron las bromas y el servicio cordial, ahora eran amenazas y malos tratos. Como mi esposa es muy movida y cero dejada, en seguida contacto a los abogados de mexican timeshare solutions y ellos se encargaron de la cancelación. Con ellos fue una muy buena experiencia, solucionaron nuestro inconveniente de manera muy eficiente y eficaz, los recomiendo absolutamente, son un servicio profesional. Sí bien los honorarios no son baratos, terminan por serlo, al realizar una excelente tarea y librar a las personas engañadas y apuradas para firmar y pagar adelantos de un contrato absolutamente leonino. Estoy muy conforme y recomiendo a la gente con similares inconvenientes, que confíen plenamente en ésta firma y los profesionales que la integran. 

Como estaba en mis 5 días que según me explicaron tengo para cancelar, en mi caso lograron recuperar el 100 % del anticipo entregado y dieron por concluido el contrato y por sobre todas las cosas lograron recuperar la confianza de un extranjero en ese bello país llamado MÉXICO.
