I purchased eight red leather chairs from Palecek. After a few years the leather started to crack and peel on HALF the chairs. We took perfect care and barely used the chairs. A local restaurant, Pasta Moon in Half Moon Bay, CA, bought about 50 of the same chairs, and had the identical problem.

When we contacted Palacek, they said it was past warranty and that there is not problem with the chairs. Then, I read on Yelp that several others have the exact same problem.
