I got a providian credit card back in 2003 it had a 500 dollar limit on it. i used it for maybe twice for amounts totaling 150 dollars now they want me to appear in court for fees of 1200 dollars.

I feel that this is not right. i dont need to pay for 200 others. What can be done?
