Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I signed up for a variable gas heating rate with PALMCO Energy Ohio LLC. The rate was $3.894, which was guaranteed for 2 months. On the 3rd month, I was charged $7.484, while they are still offering a rate of $4.0850 on the Apples to Apples Comparison chart at Ohio.gov.
Obviously, the increase in MY rate has nothing to do with increased heating costs.

I am sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with our services. As you know, we offer an introductory rate for the first two months, and after that our rates are variable. With a variable price plan, the month-to-month pricing of your energy supply depends on the value of the energy we provide, which fluctuates daily. The average of the daily value of energy is used to determine the monthly rate for your energy supply, which is why there may be variations in the price per Therm or kWh each month.
