While the report identifed above from Hawaii is about a person named Pamela Alejandra Valdez, the Hawaii report lists the wrong spelling of her name.  Her true name is PAMELA ALEJANDRA GALAZ VALDES.  She also goes by, among others, Pamela Alejandra Galazvaldes, and Pam Montgomery.  Her known aliases are below listed in this post.  It is the same person in the pictures contained in the post from Hawaii, and the same person who runs the website Pamela-Alejandra.com, and Pamela Alejandra Art Productions ({p.a.a.p}).

Pamela-Alejandra.com and her websites are a sham.  The con artist owner purports to be an architect, international designer, model, writer, and educator, among other things.  The true facts are she has no educational degrees, she has no business licenses of any kind as of the date of this writing, nor does she have any history of ever having a business license.  She also purports be the director of Artstory, which is a Utah Corporation that she started, however, it is not only not in good standing in California where she does business (so she is not authorized to do business under that name in California), but also that Utah corporation's registration has long since expired -- i.e., that company no longer exists.  She set up the corporation as a non-profit, when in fact is was created by her, for her behalf, and for her own benefit and profit. It was simply more scam as an attempt not to pay taxes.

Looking for free money under the guise that her art somehow creates a benefit for the community, she set up a gofundme page:  https://www.gofundme.com/f/pamelaalejandraart.  That gofundme page has been subsequently shut down by the Gofundme administration, but not before Pamela extracted over $1,200 from individuals, including for advertised services she neither has the education, background, and/or license to provide.  She continues to use the website Pamela-Alejandra.com (which contains no reference to her phone number nor her address, keeping her shielded from being contacted by anyone, including creditors, by any means other than email), and she continues to use the name of the defunct Nevada corporation Artstory.  Her website misleads with sections of names of other people complete with their background, giving the appearance they have something to do with her website, apparently to lend to her and her website legitimacy.  However, upon closer inspection, the descriptions are written in third person (i.e., Pamela describing that person), and there is actually nothing showing that those persons have anything to do with her sham operation.  Much of the information provided on her social media outlets is also misleading.  For example, on her website that purports her to be an artist and designer, there is section with a picture that states "line art."  It is an awesome piece of art, and based on the fact her website unquestionably is for the purposes of showing her as an artist and designer for hire, a reasonable person would belief that line art picture is one that she herself drew.  The true facts are that she did not draw it, the picture was drawn by someone else -- a real artist -- and there is in fact nothing on her website showing that she has any skills in line art, or anything else that would normally considered professional art.  She has purportedly written a children's book, but that book presently is "out of stock" on Amazon and on the websites of other Internet vendors, which raises the question, in light of the ripoff report from Hawaii, if the book actually exists.  Her description of the book uses improper grammar, so one could reasonably conclude so does her children's book, if in fact it exists.   

Her criminal past in the United States, excluding Hawaii (which search the author of this post did undertake, but did not uncover because she has used a number of aliases, making discovery of of her public records more difficult).  For example, in Hawaii, she has gone by Pamela Alejandra Valdez, and Pamela Galaz.  In fact an internet search recently conducted of her real name excluded hits for the ripoff report from Hawaii, because her name was spelled differently that her real name. Her criminal past, which is set forth further down in this post, is consistent with her pattern and course of conduct of ripping off other people.  To wit:  She has received summonses for driving on a suspended license, for failing to demonstrate financial responsibility (i.e., for not having insurance), for failing to register her vehicle, and for causing an accident, among others.  However, in nearly all the cases, when it came time to appear in court, she did not, was found guilty in abstensia, and then left the state.  She did this both in Virginia and in Utah.  This demonstates not only that she is an immigrant (she admits on her website she is from Chile) who has deliberately chosen to ignore the laws in the United States when they are not convenient for her, but also that she repeatedly refuses to take responsibility for her actions, and in doing so, has caused others financial damage.  She has a history of not paying rent, and a history of being evicted,  That she repeatedly avoided appearing in court, even after a summons was issued for her apperance, gives the appearance, and offers further evidence that she may have problems with Immigration, and perhaps thought she would be picked up when she appeared.  In fact, the author of this post did speak with a former decorated U.S. immigration officer and that was his belief.   

Based upon the foregoing, and the supporting information that is below set forth, reasonable minds could conclude Pamela Alejandra Galaz Valdes (or whatever name or entity she may be using now and/or use in the future) is a problem looking for a place to happen.  She should not be extended any housing without taking in advance a substantial deposit to cover her likely default in rent plus attorney's fees and costs to pay for a future eviction, she should not be afforded any form of unsecured credit (and if the author of the post from Hawaii's allegations are true that she took someone's car, did not pay for it, and did not give it back, she should not be extended secured credit either).   She certainly should not be hired as a speaker for "how to overcome anything," and "how to live the life you desire,"  when her modus operandi of living her own life is by developing and maintaining false and misleading websites and social media, scamming others, avoiding just obligations, and ignoring not only the law, but also evading the consequences by moving out of state when she is caught.  Simply stated, Pamela Alejandra Galaz Valdez is a scammer whose fraud and deceit has caused many people substantial financial damage, and she generally should be avoided.

Pamela Alejandra Galaz Valdes (or whatever name she may go by) presents a history of someone who is clearly scammer who has caused others financial damage every place she has lived.  She works hard to appear to others that she is a great artist and business person who is the guru of positive life change, but the true fact is it is all a sham and her websites are nothing more than a Potemkin Villiage -- a facade with no substance.  She takes money from people and never renders the services paid for.  She routinely scams her landlords.  She refuses to even follow the law, runs away when called to account for her bad deeds, and does not take responsibility for her actions.   Pamela Alejandra Galaz Valdes is a person that should be avoided and should not be supported in any way until she pays the many people she has ripped off.
