Panacer.com, Panacer Int'l Does not like to pay rebates, lies about when mailed out, not received Industry California

Bought big screan tv through shopnbc. was to receive $200.00 rebate. took four months to "process rebate". two more months of waiting for it to be mailed. then told four different dates it was mailed out. over a week to get from cal. to pa? now told by Daniel ext. 114 that it is the mail service not wanting to deliver it or probably "lost it". and when i asked to speak to a supervisor he gives himself a promotion to supervisor, and when asked to speak to another one, they are all busy or gone for the day. won't re-issue a new check till the first one gets returned. how can it get returned if they never send it?
