Panasonic solid these units knowing they where defective.newer modles are not supposed to have the same issue.With knowlegde oof the problem they do not offer any solutions.a 1500.00 Tv is nothing to not pursue in this econmy .Its about producing a good product and handling things in a professinal manner. replace the TV.at no cost.

and was it new when you bought it? My research shows this is an older model.

How long was the warranty?

What's wrong with it now?

How are you aware Panasonic was aware ot the problem(s) and sold the sets anyway?

You want it replaced at no cost....not sure you'll sell that one to anybody at Panasonic.

What would be a reasonable amount to deduct from the price of a replacement set, taking into account the number of months you've used your current one?
